Post Office Cabin

The Post Office Cabin is a cozy retreat in Juneau, Alaska, with sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. It has a kitchen, comfortable living space, and serene surroundings.

Centrally located next to the Lodge, this open floor plan cabin features two built-in beds with a spiral staircase to a full bed in the loft.

Rooms and Beds

Sleeps 4

  • Open plan layout with no separate bedrooms
    • 1 full bed in loft
    • 2 twin beds on main floor

1 Bathroom

  • One bathroom on main floor with toilet, sink, and shower

Linens, $15 per person

Linens are available for an additional charge of $15 per person (or you can bring your own). If you order linens, your sheets will be provided, but beds are not made. You will have to make the beds yourselves upon arrival. Linens include: 

  • Pillow
  • Fitted sheet, top sheet, pillowcase
  • Bath towel, hand towel, washcloth

  • Two chairs and a couch in living room

Parking

  • All vehicles must be parked in the main parking lot.
  • You are welcome to drive your car down to the Lodge to unload your vehicles and then park them in the main parking lot.

Rules and Cleaning

  • Summer rates are in effect May 1 – September 30, and winter rates are in effect October 1 – April 30.
    • Summer bookings require a two-night stay.
  • You are responsible for cleaning the cabin by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
